IntuituCapital, which is a small corporate finance boutique advising on both M&A and private equity, has appointed a fourth partner, Alain Chalon. He joins from the Humanoïds group, where he was operations manager from 1999, and then managing director. Previously, he was production administrator at M6 and had occupied positions at the Gédéon group and France Télévision. He began his career at KPMG, where he acted as director of the Concept group.
