Crédit Agricole restructures its private equity executive boards
In keeping with the group’s plans to restructure its EUR 2.5bn portfolio of private equity investments, Crédit Agricole has reorganised its supervisory and executive boards specifically for its private equity operations. Jean-Frédéric de Leusse has stepped down as chairman of the supervisory board and is to be replaced by Alain Papaisse following his departure from his role as deputy chief executive at Calyon. In addition, Fabien Prévost is to become chairman of Crédit Lyonnais Private Equity’s executive board, replacing Stéphane Monmousseau and reporting directly to de Leusse
