Haaving spent 11 years at Barclays Private Equity (BPE), Olivier Millet has just left his position as managing director of the company. Having founded Capital Finance in 1986, he joined 3i in 1990, before working alongside Gonzague de Blignières at BPE since 1994. In the autumn, he will launch a new fund, Secunda PE, exclusively dedicated to secondary buyouts in France. With a target of E150m, it will target companies with a value of E20-50m. The new player will have a team of five to six professionals.
