PRICOA Capital Group
Grégory Barbès has been appointed as a director at the Paris office of Pricoa Capital Group, the European mezzanine and private equity house. He joined Pricoa in 1996 after having worked in mergers and acquisitions at Arthur Andersen. During his time at Pricoa in France, he has so far worked on deals such as Sersé, the leafing ATM maintenance and electronic surveillance company, Ardial, a secure transportation and cash processing company, and VDM, the largest video tape distributor in France. The announcement comes simultaneously with the appointment of Thomas Krausser at the Frankfurt office of the institution and Craig Thompson at the London office.
