Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking
Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking has announced the appointment of Olivier Boyadjian to head its Structured Finance team of 15 people in France. The appointment follows the teamÂ’s move to larger offices in 2001, marking Bank of ScotlandÂ’s success in building a loan book of d1bn since it began trading in France in 1996. In addition to the Structured Finance deal-making team, Corporate Banking is also active in a variety of areas in France, including project finance, infrastructure finance and general relationship banking, providing a range of banking services to corporate clients. Boyadjian joined Bank of Scotland in 1999 and has led the bankÂ’s involvement in a number of key deals including HMY, Orefi, Domoservices and Moliflor Loisirs. He was previously Senior Manager for Acquisition Finance with the French bank, CIC Group, where he participated in transactions valued at cFFr 5.1bn involving Elis, Manoir Industries and Sandinvest. Prior to this, he was at KPMG.
