Didier Peronin and Rémy Thabard have joined the corporate finance department of HSBC CCF. Peronin was formerly head of investment banking at Léman Brothers, while Thabard was previously head of media and information technology mergers and acquisitions at Société Générale, until 2000, when he left to become head of the French technology practice of SG Cowen.
