Paris-based private equity firm Jasmin Capital has announced the appointment of Ludovic Douge as manager.
The firm also appointed Christilla de Moustier as senior adviser, and manager Lucia Roman as head of the Brussels office.
Douge will cover Jasmin's secondary market activities for funds and direct stakes in private equity, private debt and infrastructure. The new manager previously served as director at a secondary intermediary based in Geneva. His other previous employers include Societe Generale Corporate & Investment Banking.
Earlier this year, de Moustier launched advisory firm Xilla Capital after 12 years at PAI Partners, where she was in charge of investor relations and communication. Prior to that, she was part of accounting firm Arthur Andersen's legal department audit team.
