Idinvest appoints Julien Princi as general counsel
Paris-based private equity firm Idinvest Partners has appointed Julien Princi as general counsel.
Princi, who specialises in the creation of private equity funds and related transactions, joins Idinvest from Amundi. He spent six years at the asset manager, in his latest role as deputy general counsel. Prior to Amundi, Princi worked at SGAM Alternative Investments as head of product administration and creation.
In its latest deal, Idinvest led a €7m third round of funding for online shipping price comparison website Boxtal, alongside Ecomobility Ventures. In September, Idinvest held a first close on €350m for the third generation of its secondaries fund.
