Unigrains appoints two in Paris office
Agricultural-focused private equity house Unigrains Group has appointed David De Almeida as international business manager and Ari Levine as marketing and communications manager.
De Almeida started his career at Groupe Bel and Kraft Foods, covering international missions.
He joins Unigrains after five years at Business France, an international trade and development agency promoting French companies. As the group's food products department head, he supported the globalisation of French food companies.
Prior to that, De Almeida worked in Business France's Brazilian office as an agro-food export adviser. In his new role, he will oversee Unigrain's international growth and investment strategy, and that of portfolio companies.
Levine has been appointed to oversee the group's marketing and communications activities in France and abroad. He leaves his role at international private equity firm 21 Partners, where he was also in charge of marketing and communications.
Levine previously served as financial communications and public relations consultant at international communications group Citigate Dewe Rogerson.
