LL Berg appoints Jabbour Gédéon as senior associate
LL Berg has appointed Yohan Jabbour Gédéon as senior associate in its M&A and private equity team.
Jabbour Gédéon joins LL Berg from Gide Loyrette Nouel, where he spent three years. Prior to his time at Gide, he was employed by Latham & Watkins.
His appointment is part of a team expansion strategy implemented by LL Berg over the last two years, with which the firm is aiming to tackle increasingly bigger deals within the mergers and acquisitions, private equity, tax, banking and finance sectors.
