
Siparex appoints Golder and Tremblin as partners
French GP Siparex has named Olivier Golder and Alexandre Tremblin as partners in the firm's mid-market team.
Golder, whose appointment will take effect on 5 January 2017, joins following a seven-year stint at private equity firm Florac, where he led numerous investments including in Sani & Ikos, Saint Mamet, TCR and Sandro-Maje.
Prior to Florac, he served as an investment director with Pechel for five years, and was also M&A vice-president at JP Morgan in Paris and London. In his new role at Siparex, he will focus on investments in SMEs.
Tremblin first joined Siparex in the firm's Nantes office in 2007 as an associate and was promoted to director in 2013. In his new position, he will support the mid-market team in the western France region.
Prior to joining Siparex, Tremblin worked as an auditor at EY before joining Deloitte Corporate Finance as a manager within the firm's transaction and corporate restructuring branch.
