AFIC reinforces team with three promotions
AFIC, the French private equity association, has announced today three promotions within its team.
Paul Perpère, who has held the role of general delegate since 2011, has become general director, promoted from his position as main coordinator within the group.
France Vassaux has been AFIC's legal and tax director since 2011 and was promoted to general secretary. He will oversee the group's administrative matters and internal governance.
Additionally, both Vassaux and Perpère will lead discussions with European governing bodies in Brussels and elsewhere, as well as with Invest Europe.
In addition to Vassaux and Perpère, Antoinette Darpy has been appointed communications officer, having been in charge of AFIC's press relations for the past five years.
According to AFIC president Olivier Millet, the three nominations are aimed at helping to complete AFIC's five-year goal of doubling the size of France's private equity market.
The AFIC team currently counts 18 permanent members.
