Omnes Capital has promoted Eric Rey to managing partner, Camille Delibes to partner and Laurent Espic as head of the small-cap buyout and growth capital team, as part of a swathe of promotions and new hires at the French firm.
Rey will be responsible for the firm's mid-cap investments and will join the executive committee. The mid-cap team is currently investing with Omnes Croissance 4, closed on €210m.
Espic, as head of the firm's small-cap team, will target French SMEs with enterprise values of less than €25m.
