
Keensight hires Cohen as partner and COO
French mid-cap GP Keensight Capital has hired Arnaud Cohen as a partner and chief operating officer.
Cohen will be in charge of financial, legal and tax issues at Keensight, as well as having an overview on compliance. He will also be in charge of the implementation of best practices with regards to both investment structuring and portfolio company development.
Prior to joining Keensight, Cohen spent 18 years in the transaction advisory services team at EY in Paris and in New York, and became a partner in 2010. He most recently focused on valuation and business modelling projects for trade and private equity players.
Keensight held a final close for its latest fund, Keensight IV, on its hard-cap of €250m in 2014. The firm, which span out from Rothschild Group in November 2013 and was previously known as R Capital Management, invests €10-30m in European companies with revenues of €15-150m.
