Activa appoints Govare as industrial committee chair

Govare worked at Labeyrie Fine Foods between 1990-2016, most recently as CEO and before that as general director and director of marketing.

Govare replaces the former chair of the industrial committee at Activa, Philippe du Mesnil, who will remain involved with the industrial committee, according to the GP.

Activa's industrial committee is composed of 15 industry experts who support the GP's team in the study of investment opportunities and the monitoring of portfolio companies.
