Perceva appoints Franck Kelif as deputy CEO
The board of French turnaround player Perceva has named founding partner Franck Kelif as the firm's new deputy CEO.
Kelif has been with the firm as a shareholder and partner since inception 10 years ago. Prior to that, he worked at Butler Capital Partners for seven years.
His fellow founding partner, Jean-Louis Grevet, remains Perceva's chairperson.
Perceva closed its second turnaround fund on its €200m hard-cap in 2014. It writes cheques of between €10-40m, with the sweet spot lying within the €15-30m range, for turnaround deals targeting French companies.
