Sofinnova hires in-house counsel from Eurazeo

Paris-based life-sciences-focused VC firm Sofinnova Partners has hired Eurazeo's Armance Bordes as general counsel.
Bordes will work alongside COO Monique Salnier in Sofinnova's support team, where she will be responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs.
Previously, Bordes worked at Eurazeo for more than 10 years, most recently as deputy general counsel of the board of directors. Prior to that, she worked for Linklaters and Gibson Dunn & Crutcher in Paris.
Sofinnova recently closed its Crossover Fund I on €275m with the strategy of investing in later-stage companies and backing both public and private enterprises.
