Apax France appoints mid-market partner
Apax France has promoted Thomas Simon to partner in the services sector team.
Having joined Apax in 2008, Simon was involved in a number of deals, including bolt-ons for Europe Snacks, the acquisition of Sandaya, and the divestments of Arkadin and Maisons du Monde.
Simon started his career in 2004 with Goldman Sachs in the investment banking division. He currently sits on the board of CIPRES Assurances, Europe Snacks, Sandaya and Thom Europe.
The Apax investment team comprises 31 team members, including 13 partners.
