Omnes hires and promotes staff
French GP Omnes Capital has hired two associates and a director, while promoting a partner, a senior director and four directors.
The GP has announced a series of changes in its mid-cap, small-cap, venture capital and infrastructure teams.
Céleste Lauriot-dit-Prévost has joined the mid-cap buyout and growth capital team as an associate, under the management of Éric Rey, managing partner. She had worked at HSBC since 2015 in leveraged and acquisition finance, after having spent two years at EY.
Frédéric Mimoun has been appointed senior director within the small-cap buyout and growth capital team, under the management of partner Laurent Espic. Victor Versmée has joined the team as an associate.
The small-cap team is currently in the process of raising its third fund, with a target of €120m.
Additionally, Xavier Brunaud and François-Xavier Dedde have been appointed directors within the venture capital team while Benjamin Stremsdoerfer has joined the renewable energy infrastructure team as director and Michael Pollan (pictured) has been made a partner.
