BNP Paribas Développement et al. back Hom'Age
A consortium of investors have injected €5.5m into France-based Hom'Age, a nursing homes operator, as part of an OBO transaction, according to press reports.
BNP Paribas Développement and six unidentified private investors participated in the €5.5m round, according to French publication Capital Finance.
The company's co-founder and president, Jacques Pleurmeau, increased his stake to 51%, the publication reported.
Founded in 1992 and based in Biéville-Beuville, Hom'Age operates six nursing homes specialising in the reception of people suffering from complex pathologies, including Alzheimer's disease and related disorders. The business generates a €22m turnover and employs 400.
STC Partners advised the company on the transaction, according to publication Le Monde du Droit.
