Siparex hires Delâge
Siparex has hired Claude Delâge as senior investment director to manage the investments of its Transatlantic Fund.
In June 2018, Siparex and Desjardins Capital held a first close on €75m for their co-managed Transatlantic Fund, having launched the vehicle in October 2017. The vehicle is managed by a team with members in both France and Quebec.
Delâge will focus on supporting French companies wishing to penetrate the North American markets by establishing a base in Quebec, as well as Canadian companies wishing to develop in Europe, starting with France. She will work closely with managing director Antoine Krug, who joined Desjardins' team in Montreal a year ago.
Delâge has worked as vice-president of business outreach at Desjardins since 2014.
