Argos hires two for Paris office
Mid-cap private equity house Argos Wityu has hired two new team members in its Paris office.
Marc-Olivier Crisan has joined as an investment director – his tasks will cover deal origination and due diligence, as well as portfolio management.
Mario Giannattasio is Argos's new chargé d'affaires and will be involved in transactions from origination and structuring to exits.
Argos Wityu rebranded from Argos Soditic in May. The GP closed its seventh buyout fund, Euroknights VII, on its €520m hard-cap in November 2017 and has already made 10 investments from the vehicle across France, Italy, Germany and the Netherlands. It was 50% deployed as of October, according to Unquote Data.
