
Capital Croissance bolsters team with three hires
French GP Capital Croissance has hired Julien Berger-Perrin as managing partner, alongside new analysts Jeanne Duflot and Philibert Basquin.
Berger-Perrin joins from Cobalt Capital, which he had joined in 2007 as a director after stints at KPMG and PwC.
Duflot has previously worked at Associés en Finance, Naxicap Partners and LGT European Capital.
Basquin has experience in audit, having previously worked at 8Advisory and Deloitte.
Capital Croissance has also promoted Maxime Peronnin to investment director, having joined the firm five years ago. Meanwhile, partner Cédric Boxberger will now have a cross-firm role to manage and optimise deal-sourcing processes.
The firm's Paris team now counts nine professionals. Capital Croissance recently opened a new office in Lille, having also set up shop in Aix en Provence a year ago.
