Allen & Overy hires Dechert's Sarailler
Allen & Overy has hired fund structuring specialist Antoine Sarailler of Dechert as partner in its Paris office.
The London-headquartered law firm announced the arrival of Sarailler on Monday as it looks to expand its fund structuring operations across private equity and other alternative asset classes.
At Dechert, Sarailler advised on fund structuring and advisory for fund managers and limited partners.
Allen & Overy wants to position itself among the top three fund structuring firms in France, sources said.
Its fund structuring team, which comprises 11 people including two partners, currently advises clients across private equity, infrastructure, real estate and credit.
