
Lahoud becomes executive board chairman of Ace management

Tikehau Capital has announced that Marwan Lahoud will succeede Thierry Letailleur as chairman of the executive board of Ace Management, a subsidiary of Tikehau Capital.
This succession is in line with the strategy to expand the geographical reach of the specialised asset management company and is also part of the gradual integration of Ace into Tikehau Capital.
Tikehau acquired private equity firm Ace for an enterprise value of €6.5m in Q4 218.
Marwan Lahoud will be replaced as chairman of the supervisory board of Ace by Christian de Labriffe, who is chairman of the supervisory board of Tikehau.
The appointment will be effective at the end of 2019.
Marwan Lahoud is a former member of the group executive committee at Airbus.
Ace invests in companies operating in the aeronautical, shipping, cybersecurity and defence sectors.
