Tikehau offloads Eurazeo shares
Asset manager Tikehau has sold 4.45% stake in French listed private equity investor Eurazeo in a private placement.
Tikehau sold 3,504,640 Eurazeo shares, representing approximately 4.45% of the share capital of Eurazeo. It netted total proceeds of €224.3m.
The deal was done as a private placement to institutional investors by way of an accelerated bookbuilding offering.
Tikehau will retain a 5.1% residual stake in Eurazeo's share capital and is committed to a 90-day lock-up period.
Nomura International acted as financial adviser to Tikehau. Credit Suisse Securities and Citigroup Global Markets acted as joint bookrunners, placing agents and underwriters.
