Eurazeo hires new director of financial affairs
Eurazeo has appointed Laurence Branthomme as director of financial affairs.
Branthomme will be in charge of developing the group's financial information and adapting its processes. She will be heading a variety of Eurazeo teams in consolidation, accounting and financial control of investment strategies, as well as fund management (middle- and back-office), equity share performance monitoring and investment performance analysis.
Branthomme will report to Philippe Audouin, the CFO of Eurazeo and a member of the executive board.
Prior to joining Eurazeo, Branthomme was a partner at Valtus, a transition and transformation management company. She began her career in the audit department of EY, where she was senior manager until 2004. She then worked for American Express Business Travel as CFO. From 2008 to 2015, she worked for JCDecaux, first as CFO for France and subsequently as director of finance, asset management and offer deployment. In 2015, she joined the Korian group as deputy CEO in charge of finance and development for France.
