Sofinnova hires Carroll as head of investor relations

Prior to joining Sofinnova, Carroll helped establish and co-lead PwC's global fundraising advisory platform, having joined the firm in 2017. He also has experience as vice-president at Mercury Capital Advisors, where he worked with institutional investors to raise capital in a number of asset classes.

Carroll has a PhD in chemistry from University College London and previously also worked at Eli Lilly, GSK and Pfizer.

Sofinnova focuses on investments in the life sciences sector and closed its latest fund, Sofinnova Capital IX, on €333m in October 2019, as reported by Unquote.
