
McDermott hires Revcolevschi as partner

David Revcolevschi has joined McDermott Will & Emery as a partner in the firm's Paris-based corporate team.
Revcolevschi will focus on capital markets and securities law. He has experience in national and cross-border M&A deals, as well as corporate governance for listed companies. Revcolevschi regularly advises issuers, banks and shareholders on securities offerings. He has also advised on IPOs in sectors ranging from life sciences to financial services.
Prior to joining McDermott, Revcolevschi was partner at Paul Hastings and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer. He also has experience at Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom.
The addition brings the total number of corporate partners in McDermott's Paris office to 16.
