FundRock launches French arm dedicated to PE, real estate
FundRock Management Company is set to establish a new operation that assists institutional investors in getting access to alternative asset classes, including private equity, in France.
The launch of FundRock France AM comes as the organisation is looking to strengthen its presence in the country. Based in Paris, the new entity is an alternative investment fund manager - it is currently seeking authorisation from French regulator AMF before rolling out the services.
Jean-Edouard Mazery will lead FundRock's expansion in France. He has recently joined from asset manager Twenty First Capital, where he served as managing director and head of real estate.
Apart from private equity, the new organisation is also set to provide access to real estate.
FundRock Management Company is a European third-party UCITS management company and AIFM.
