Omnes announces eight appointments in Paris
French private equity firm Omnes Capital has announced eight appointments in its mid-cap, venture capital, infrastructure, co-investment and operations teams in Paris.
Aubrey Stewart-Quinquis has joined the mid-cap team as an analyst. He reports to partner Stéphane Roussilhe and joins from KPMG, where he worked in transaction services.
Claire Poulard and Marc Gasser have been appointed principals in the venture capital team, under the management of managing partner Michel de Lempdes. Both joined the team in 2015. Poulard has been involved in investments in AgomAb Therapeutics, Antabio, Newronika et Pherecydes Pharma, while Gasser invests mainly in "deep tech" companies, in both software and hardware.
In infrastructure, Bérengère Vanlerberghe has joined Omnes's renewable energy team as an asset management director, while Corentin Defond has been promoted to the role of associate in the green building team. Bérengère previously worked as principal within the team from 2006 to 2016 before joining Amundi Transition Energétique in 2017 as investment director. Defond was previously an analyst in the team for three years.
Iris Duffillot and Simon Hardi have joined the co-investment team, respectively as associate and principal, under the management of Omnes CEO Fabien Prévost. Duffillot was previously senior analyst in transaction services at Mazars, while Hardi was previously director at LEK Consulting.
Alexandre Yip has joined Omnes as a financial controller. He previously worked as an in-house controller at Covéa Finance, after spending seven years in audit asset management at Deloitte.
