French investment firm Capza has appointed Aurore Gauffre as head of sustainability and impact.
In her new role, Gauffre will oversee the structuring and development of Capza's environmental, social and corporate governance strategy, while also focusing on coordinating relations with institutional investors in France. She will be based in Paris and report to CEO Laurent Bénard.
The investor relations department has also been strengthened with the hiring of Farah Fehaili to cover institutional investor relations, and Erica Dan, who will oversee investor relations for Japan. Fehaili will cover institutional investors in France alongside Gauffre, but also in other geographical areas including the Middle East and North America.
In addition to this appointments, Capza has also strengthened its investment team with several promotions. It has promoted Contantin Kryvian as director of Artemid; Thomas Lafougère as principal, flex equity/private debt; Jeanne Gary as senior associate, transition; Arnaud Carbonne and Axel Augustin as senior associates, flex equity/private debt; Alexis Childs as senior associate, growth tech; and Lucie Besset as financial controller.
