Jasmin Capital promotes new partner

French adviser Jasmin Capital has promoted Ludovic Douge to partner, among a number of other promotions.
Douge focuses on secondaries, having joined Jasmin in 2016 to oversee that part of the advisory business. He previously worked as a director in a secondary advisory firm based in Geneva. Prior to that, Douge worked at Societe Generale Investment Bank.
The firm has also promoted Lucia Roman to principal in its placement agent business, which is led by Jean-Christel Trabarel and Vincent Goupil. She joined Jasmin in 2011.
Yris Deguenon and Carl Dionet have both been promoted to senior associates. Deguenon is working in the secondaries team and joined in 2019, while Dionet has worked at Jasmin since 2018.
The firm has made one external hire, with Gino Haxaire joining as an associate. The firm is now composed of 12 professionals working on private equity, private debt and infrastructure projects.
