Activa Capital hires associate in investment team

French mid-market private equity firm Activa Capital has hired Julie Perouzel as an associate in its investment team.
Prior to joining Activa, Perouzel worked as an M&A analyst at Rothschild & Co for a year, following a work experience stint at BNP Paribas CIB.
Activa held a first close for its fourth buyout fund in March this year, surpassing EUR 100m. The fund was launched in 2020 with a EUR 200m target and EUR 250m hard-cap. The GP intends to make 10-12 investments supporting the management buyouts of French companies operating in the B2B services industry; it inked its first deal by acquiring French software provider Cityzen in March.
