Bregal Milestone to launch Anywhere365 sale in Q1 2023
Bregal Milestone-backed Anywhere365 will soon hit the market with Lazard mandated to guide a sale process expected to launch in the next month, three sources familiar with the situation said.
A mix of sponsors and strategics are eyeing the Dutch cloud-based contact centre and dialogue-management platform, one of the sources said.
The asset is being marketed off FY22 EBITDA of EUR 15m-17m, as previously reported by Mergermarket.
Last June, Enrico Karsten took over CEO of Anywhere365, succeeding the company's founder, Gijs Geurts.
Bregal first invested in the business in December 2019, injecting EUR 40m in a deal that marked its first transaction in the Netherlands. The sponsor invested a further EUR 20m in May 2020, just before Anywhere365 acquired advanced software solutions platform PeterConnects in July 2020.
Founded in 2011, Anywhere365's core product offering, Dialogue Cloud Contact Centre, is used by more than 1,000 international enterprises. Headquartered in Rotterdam, the company has offices in Belgium, the UK, the US, and Canada.
Bregal Milestone, Anywhere365, and Lazard did not respond to requests for comment.
