Avenir Entreprises leads €1m round for Benne SA
Avenir Entreprises, Midi-Pyrénées Croissance and Nord Midi-Pyrénées Développement have invested €1m in French diversified industrials company Benne SA.
Avenir Entreprises invested in convertible bonds via the FSI-backed OC+ fund. Benne SA is aiming for a 15-20% annual growth rate over the next three years and will look to target new sectors.
Founded in 1985, Castres-based Benne SA designs, manufactures and distributes a range of products for the industrial sector - including conveyor belts, transmission belts and iron sheets. It employs 126 people and generated a €10m turnover in 2009.
