
EdRIP takes 25% of Inventia
Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners has acquired 25% of Inventia, the holding company of French cosmetics and cleaning products manufacturer Novamex.
The company's founder and manager retains a majority stake in the business. EdRIP - which invested through its small-cap range of funds - expects stronger demand for eco-friendly products and a broadened products range to be the main drivers of growth within the next five years.
Founded in 2000, the Novamex group designs and produces both cleaning products and toiletries under the L'Arbre Vert brand. With a focus on environmentaly-friendly production methods, the Les Taillades-based company currently employs 110 people and generates a turnover in excess of €30m.
