PAI Partners looking to sell Yoplait stake
PAI Partners has put its 50% stake in French yoghurt maker Yoplait up for sale.
Large food corporations such as Nestlé and General Mills could be interested in the sale, along with private equity players such as Permira, BC Partners and AXA Private Equity. Yoplait is valued at €1-1.2bn and posted a €3.8bn turnover for 2009.
PAI acquired its 50% stake in the company in 2002.
