XAnge and Innovacom provide PhoneAndPhone with EUR 11,3m

XAnge Private Equity and Innovacom co-led a EUR 11,3m investment in PhoneAndPhone, an online mobile phone retailer, alongside original investors.

XAnge Private Equity and Innovacom provided EUR 5m of the investment each while the returning investors provided the remaining EUR 1.3m.

Paris-based PhoneAndPhone is an e-commerce website specialising in the mobile hone sector providing phones with and without contracts.  PhoneAndPhone will use the investment to consolidate its posiiotn in France as well as funding its geographic expansion with a view to enter the Spanish, German and UK marketplace. The company was founded in 2005 by Warren Barthes.
