
EdRIP purchase 25% holding in Geotec
Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners (EdRIP) has acquired a 25% stake in Geotec Group, an industrial services company, in an OBO deal.
François Barnoud and his family will retain a majority 74% share of the capital, while management will hold the remaining 9%. The deal was backed with senior debt and senior bullet debt worth 2x 2009 EBITDA.
The Quétigny-based company specialises in environmental consulting for the
the construction industry as well as the public works domains. Through surveys and tests, the firms focuses on looking at soil mechanics, foundation, geology and groundwater.
