
PAI takes bids for Yoplait
PAI partners has received nine bids for its stake in French yoghurt-maker Yoplait, according to media reports.
Bidders reportedly include large food sector corporates such as Nestlé, General Mills, Bright Food Group and Bel. Private equity players including AXA Private Equity, Lion Capital and Bain Capital are also rumoured to be in the race.
PAI partners has launched a formal auction process to divest its 50% stake in Yoplait, which is currently valued in the €1.5bn region.
