Siparex invests in Groupe Legallais
Siparex has taken a minority stake in ironmongery distributor Groupe Legallais.
The undisclosed investment was made via the Siparex Midmarket II fund. The family-owned business will use Siparex's backing to accelerate its growth in the near future.
Groupe Legallais distributes ironmongery products to professionals across France, targeting lockmakers, carpenters and building companies among others. Founded in 1889, it increased sales by 8% in 2009 and is looking at a €130m turnover for 2010.
