XAnge and EPF invest €4m in Clinique Développement
XAnge Private Equity and EPF Partners have invested €4m in French clinics operator Clinique Développement.
XAnge contributed through XPansion, a €50m FCPR vehicle raised in 2006. EPF Partners invested via the €120m EPF III fund.
Both investors were attracted by the management's development startegy and the consolidation opportunities in the fragmented private clinics sector.
Founded in 2003, Clinique Développement operates three clinics in the Normandie region. The group employs 260 staff and can treat up to 19,000 patients per year. It generates revenues of €21m.
