
ING Parcom exits Sogec in trade sale
ING Parcom Private Equity has sold French customer relations services provider Sogec to Mediapost, in a trade sale of an undisclosed amount.
ING Parcom backed the management buy-in of Sogec in 2005. Since then, the group has developed new activities and strengthened its digital offering.
Founded in 1971, Sogec specialises in customer relations services. It aims to offer businesses integrated solutions to deal with their customer base, encompassing data management and marketing operations.
The group is based in Villebon sur Yvette and employs around 300 staff. Sogec posted a €40m turnover for 2009.
