
AXA Private Equity sells Trecobat shares
AXA Private Equity has sold its 46.5% stake in home building group Trecobat to the company's management team.
AXA bought the company in 2007, for a price estimated to be in the €50m - €100m range. At the request of the private equity firm, Trecobat will make a financial award to all employees following the sale in recognition of their role in making the transaction a success for both parties.
Trecobat is a home building group founded in 1972 by Marcel Treguer. Based in Lannilis, it employs 250 people and operates in Brittany, as well as the Loire-Atlantique and the Toulouse regions.
