Initiative & Finance stage OBO of Bio Intelligence
Initiative & Finance has completed a buyout of Bio Intelligence Service, a company specialised environmental consultancy and health information.
Paris-based Bio Intelligence Service was founded in 1989 by Eric Labouze. The company focuses on research and consultancy in the environmental sector as well as providing health information on products. The company had a turnover of EUR 6m in 2009.
