Ashurst hires new lawyer for Paris corporate practice
Law firm Ashurst has appointed Joël Corcessin as counsel in its Paris corporate department.
Corcessin joins from Bredin Prat, where he has worked for the last four years. Prior to that, he started his career at Slaughter and May. Corcessin specialises in capital markets law.
Ashurst's Parisian corporate practice provides advisory services on matters including M&A, capital markets, private equity and fund creation.
