Naxicap invests €4m in Nord Sud Brasseries
Naxicap Partners has injected тЌ4m in chef Paul Bocuse's Nord Sud Brasseries.
Company founders and shareholders Paul Bocuse and Jean Fleury retain a majority stake in the business.
Nord Sud Brasseries was founded in 1994, when Bocuse and Fleury bought the Nord brasserie in central Lyon. They subsequently opened four more establishments around Lyon, each focusing on a particular type of cuisine. The company served 550,000 customers in 2009 and posted a €20m turnover.
