Latest Argos fund holds €45m first close
Argos Soditic has announced the first close of the Argos Expansion fund at тЌ45m.
The vehicle will make its first investments while continuing to raise funds from French and European LPs, with a final target of €120m.
Argos Expansion will provide development and acquisition financing for small and medium sized French enterprises (SMEs) already held or being acquired by their management teams. The fund will invest in junior capital (sponsorless mezzanine) and minority equity.
