Vinci buys Faceo from Apax
Apax partners has sold Faceo to French facilities management company, Vinci, for an undisclosed amount, according to media reports.
Faceo is a facility management company, whose services include cleaning, maintenance, security, remote monitoring and document management. The company generated revenues of €430 in 2009.
Apax bought Faceo in an estimated €250m buyout-deal in 2007, on revenues of €349m. The 2007 deal was backed by an estimated €180m mezzanine and debt package from Societe Generale and Indigo capital
